Who are we?

Our Vision & Mission Statement

Core Objectives

1910 The Business Table will function as a catalyst for local and regional development by offering business education, technical assistance, mentorship, access to capital resources, and collaborative opportunities, particularly for minority-owned, rural, and historically underrepresented businesses. We strive to:

  • Increase eligibility and competitiveness for county, city, state, and grant funding
  • Expand programming tailored to Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) and rural entrepreneurs
  • Foster a unified business ecosystem where entrepreneurs can learn, grow, collaborate, and thrive
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between local government, private sector partners, and the business community.

A Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) is defined as a business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more individuals who are members of historically marginalized groups, including:

  • Black or African American
  • Hispanic or Latino
  • Asian American
  • Native American
